These terms apply to your use of velmontsystems.com and to requests you make through it. Velmont is a trading name of T&S Worldwide Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16800095, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

Ongoing client engagements are governed by a separate written service agreement. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the service agreement prevails.

Using this website

You may use this website to learn about our services and contact us. You must not use it unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or copy its content in bulk.

Content on this website is general information, not advice for your specific account. Results described in case studies reflect the circumstances of those brands; your results will depend on your products, market and account history, and we do not promise any particular outcome.

The Growth Audit is free and carries no obligation to engage us. It is based on the information available to us at the time, and its recommendations are our professional opinion rather than a guarantee of results.

Fixed-price services

Fixed-price services — including listing optimization, main image redesign, account reinstatement and listing reinstatement — are requested through this website. We confirm the scope and price in writing and send an invoice. Work begins once the invoice is paid.

Reinstatement. We prepare, submit and manage your case with Amazon, but the decision to reinstate an account or listing rests with Amazon alone. We cannot guarantee reinstatement, and our fees pay for the work of preparing and managing your case rather than for a particular decision.

Coaching calls

Coaching calls are confirmed once paid. If you need to move a call, let us know as early as possible and we will offer another time.

Ongoing management

Ongoing management runs month to month under a service agreement, which sets out the scope, fees and how either party can end the engagement.

Platforms and trademarks

We are an independent consultancy. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of Amazon, Walmart or any other marketplace. Amazon, Seller Central, Walmart and related marks belong to their respective owners.

Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this website belong to T&S Worldwide Ltd. Ownership of work we produce for clients is set out in their service agreement or order confirmation.

Liability

This website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on its general content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
