Fixed-price service

Listing reinstatement

A removed listing stops earning the day it goes down and keeps losing rank the whole time it is off. We find the cause, appeal it, and get it back into search.

When this is the right call

Signals that point here.

  • A listing removed for an intellectual property or authenticity complaint.
  • A restricted-product or compliance block on a listing that should be allowed.
  • A suppressed listing that keeps failing image or attribute requirements.
  • A pesticide, supplement or safety flag applied to the wrong product.

What you get

Everything included in the fee.

Cause diagnosis

Which policy was applied, by whom, and whether it was a rights-owner complaint, an automated flag or a catalogue data problem — each needs a different response.

Documentation

Invoices, certificates, test reports or authorisation letters gathered and checked against the specific standard Amazon applies to that category.

Appeal

Written to the policy that was actually cited, submitted through the channel that handles it.

Rights-owner contact

Where a complaint came from a brand or rights owner, we prepare the retraction request, which is often faster than appealing to Amazon.

Follow-up to resolution

Every subsequent request handled until the listing is live or a final decision is reached.

Recovery note

What to do about rank and advertising once the listing is back, since it rarely returns to where it was on its own.

How it runs

Four steps, start to delivery.

Turnaround. Submitted within three business days of receiving your documentation. Amazon’s response time varies by policy and is outside our control.

  1. 1

    Free case review

Send the notice and the ASIN. We tell you whether it is winnable before you pay.

  2. 2

    Diagnosis and documentation

We identify the exact policy and assemble what is needed to answer it.

  3. 3

    Appeal

Submitted, then followed up as Amazon responds.

  4. 4

    Back in search

We confirm the listing is live and indexing, and hand you the recovery note.

Not included. Legal action against a rights owner is outside our scope. Trademark registration and Brand Registry enrolment are separate work, covered under our Foundation pillar.

Tell us what you need. We confirm the scope and price in writing, send an invoice, and begin once it is paid.

ASINs, links, deadlines, anything we should know before quoting.

We use these details only to quote and deliver the work. See our Privacy Policy.

Questions

Before you order.

Can you guarantee the listing comes back?

No. The decision is Amazon’s. Our fee pays for the investigation, the appeal and the follow-up. We tell you at the free review if we think the case is weak.

What if several listings went down at once?

If they went down for the same cause and can be appealed together, we treat them as one case and say so at the review. Separate causes are priced separately.

Is this the same as account reinstatement?

No. A listing block affects one ASIN; an account suspension stops you selling entirely and holds your funds. If a listing problem is escalating towards account health, we will tell you.

Will the listing come back where it was?

Rarely. Rank decays while a listing is down. The recovery note sets out how to rebuild it, and we can handle that as separate work.
